More information about  District Infrastructure Replacement Projects can be found here:
District Infrastructure Replacement Projects  - Green Mountain Water & Sanitation District

This fee provides the financial resources necessary for comprehensive replacement and rehabilitation efforts. By addressing infrastructure needs proactively, the District aims to avoid costly and disruptive emergency repairs in the future.

It is important to note that the IRF is intended solely for replacing or rehabilitating existing infrastructure as it ages, not for expanding system capacity to accommodate growth. Any upgrades required to serve new development are funded by the developer.
