NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District, of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, for the ensuing year 2026; that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the District located at, 13919 W. Utah Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80228, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budget will be considered at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the District to be held on December 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at Green Mountain Water and Sanitation, 13919 W. Utah Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.  Any interested elector of the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District may inspect the budget, and file or register any objection thereto prior to the adoption of the 2026 Budget.

The meeting is open to the public. This notice is given by order of the Board of the District, and in accordance with Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S.
