If you are renting out your home, the owner’s name will stay on the account and the owner will continue to receive a bill. The District can add a renter contact to the account to have a bill mailed to the renter at the property address.
A mid-cycle water bill can be done for an account when a renter moves out and a new renter moves in. The owner of the property must contact the District to request a meter reading and a mid-cycle bill, as well as setting up a renter contact.
