The GMWSD Staff

The staff at Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District is a part of the community. They have either grown up in Green Mountain, live here currently, and/or have family and friends that live here, making the staff uniquely connected to the community in which they work. 

At GMWSD, the staff is fully engaged to take ownership and great care in providing both water and wastewater services. The staff handles over 20,000+ customer enquiries per year, distributing over 1,700,000+ gallons of high-quality drinking water to 10,200+ plus taps, and conveying the wastewater through over 100 miles of pipe.

Service never stops. The staff must track the system 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and respond within minutes to any emergency. A highly skilled, multi-craft staff of 22 employees is trained and certified by the state of Colorado and other professional organizations, in areas of water quality, business finance, customer service, compliance, asset care, and safety.
