Payment Information In addition to the payment alternatives below, mail-in payments and paying at the office, there is a drive-up payment box in the parking lot.  We also accept electronic funds transfer payments ​over the phone. We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and check. There are no charges for these options. Online Bill Payment To pay your bill or view your account online, select the "Customer Portal" link below. Inside the Customer Portal you can create or log into your account.
