Developer Information

Contractors must be licensed, and bonded to work inside the Green Mountain District. Green Mountain Water & Sanitation District cannot refer or recommend any contractors. We suggest costumers get multiple quotes before having any type of work done.  

The Owner or Developer may be required to plan, finance, design and construct water and sewer facilities needed to serve the Property in accordance with the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District's Rules and Regulations and Development Review Process.  Due to capacity issues new development will be held accountable to pay up to 50% of the remaining useful life of the pipe and or other infrastructure that serves the property.
