The Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District welcomes Attorney Jo Timmins to serves as the District's General Legal Counsel. Ms. Timmins was retained after interviews at the February 12 Board Meeting upon majority vote of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Timmins brings 25 years of experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including local government law, employment law, land use law, and litigation. Her long-term advocacy of local Green Mountain residents was cited by citizens attending the meeting as a key reason why she should be hired.
